First US financial services firm live with enVisual.

London / New York: A large US based financial services firm has gone live with the enSynergy enVisual Trust & Company Administration suite. This represents our first sales success in the large US financial services market. enVisual was implemented in conjunction with an array of bespoke workflow software developed by enSynergy to manage and tightly control the compliance and business processes across a number of international offices within the organisation.

enSynergy announces enVisual 2.0

The awaited release 2 of enVisual SQL is still on target for Qtr 3. Version 2.0 of our integrated Client / Trust administration suite boasts a range of powerful new functions including;

• All new Central Point Navigation (CPN) - allowing users to view all data relating to a client by a mouse-click. CPN crosses all licensed enVisual modules to show a complete picture of a client quickly and easily.
• Enhanced entity relationships manger including "relationship inversions".  

• Enhanced final accounts production including enhanced notes production, formatting and exporting.

• Support for our enProcess business process/compliance and LiveFile enterprise document management modules.
• Enhancements to both work-in-progress management and billing functions.
• Enhancements to the transaction entry and search functions within the enPortfolio portfolio management module.

enProcess - Enterprise edition

The Enterprise edition of enProcess is an extension to our entry-level business process modeling / compliance product. The Enterprise edition provides the ability to create more powerful process wizards as well as the ability to post wizard data directly into enVisual.

The Enterprise edition also supports our Compliance Scan plug-in, allowing users to interactively scan third party compliance databases, (such as international blocked

individuals) whilst completing process wizards. The obvious benefits being improved compliance with with less staff effort involved.

LiveFile Compliance Plug-in

Our Compliance Plug-in is now available for our Enterprise document management system - LiveFile. The plug in tests the key word index and contents (where possible) of scanned documents and published e-documents against your central compliance databases.
