Happy New Year - and welcome to our first newsletter for 2005. We have a very exciting year ahead - including a major new release of our enVisual product as well as the launching of another international office. enSynergy announces enVisual version 3.0
We are delighted to announce the next generation of the enVisual product suite - which represents a major leap forward in product performance, usability and client data access.

Version 3 is a significant improvement of the current 2.3 release, including a brand new CRM contact database.

Customisable Dashboard Interface: The new user interface within the enCentral CRM is customizable at the user level - making it possible to take control over how client data is presented at the top level. Choose between explorer tree or grid based client browsers - now add other KPI's or extract windows from for example scheduled tasks, business processes or the new communications manager.

Unlimited User Data Fields: Data captured using enProcess user defined data capture wizards can now be accessed from the CRM module at a client level. This makes it possible to maintain an unlimited number of customised data fields against clients - including data history.

Query external client data from enVisual: New for enVisual - our Straight Through Query (STQ) function allows you to query external system data directly from within the enVisual CRM module.

It has never been easier to access all of your client data from one central point... enVisual.

Enhanced module functionality: Some of our existing modules such as Task Scheduler have been re-engineered for simpler use and easier data access - whilst other new modules have been added such as the new Communications Log which stores all communications  / meetings relating to contacts and employees.

Other modules have not escaped the version 3 upgrade either. Including improvements in global / project level WiP billings and write-offs; major usability enhancement to our ALLtime time capture system and a new version of our global custody system enCustody. LiveFile has been greatly enhanced and we have released a one-touch document publishing tool bar called "LiveAssist" - supporting Office documents, Adobe Acrobat files and Lotus Note files. The latest release of our enProcess module is nothing short of breath-taking. enProcess now supports multi-thread decision paths and self-generating process instances - making it one of the most powerful business process modeling systems on the market... but still simple enough for you staff to maintain.

LiveScan Lite OFAC scanner proves a compelling download
Our new desktop OFAC database scanning product LiveScan Lite has been available as a Free download from our website for a little over two months. Already we have had in excess of 1,000 downloads. LiveScan is still in Beta version format - and we have already included a number of enhancement suggestions from our growing user base; to those who did make suggestions - thank you! We hope you find LiveScan more and more useful.

LiveScan Lite is a scaled down version of the larger and more functional product available within our enProcess workflow / compliance product. Designed to work as a "personal" OFAC scanning tool - LiveScan enables a user to quickly check a name against the ever changing US Federal Reserve OFAC / SDN database. Benefits are closer compliance with the US Patriot Act as well as all-round best practice.

• Bank of Butterfield Selects enVisual CRM / Process Management Suite as Core Business System.
The Bank of Butterfield  - voted Number 1 Bank in the Cayman Islands 2004, has selected enSynergy to provide a bank-wide integrated CRM / Business Process Management / Document Management / Trust Administration / Practice management solution. The project calls for a cross-department  / multiple branch implementation of the enVisual suite. The enVisual CRM module will be used to report information gathered from not only other enVisual modules - but also exchange data with the Banks' core banking and mutual fund systems. Our enProcess process management / workflow product will be implemented to provide complete control over banking transaction flow as well as static data compliance.
