Documents are automatically indexed by LiveFile during publishing - based on document content (where available) as well as special user-definable attributes and indexing fields. Using proprietary file extraction technology, LiveFile dynamically builds and maintains a key word index for each file for search purposes. LiveFile can be configured to intelligently suggest document / client associations based upon keyword rankings. Searching is simple and fast - thanks to the Rubicon™ search engine - and with our intelligent agent LiveEngine - all edits / movements and deletions are tracked, meaning you will not lose track of documents once published.
