Brett
Hall - BBUS, CPA is the founder of enSynergy
International Ltd., and one of the key visionaries behind
the business.
Brett's key responsibilities
include developing new international markets and strategic
business relationships. Brett's other role has included engineering
proper business processes / platforms and framework from
which enSynergy's business can substantially benefit and
grow. "These fundamentals are vital to the ongoing plausibility
and success of a business, any business, and in turn the
clients it serves. Quite often the basics are overlooked
by many new as well as existing organisations".
At enSynergy,
Brett is also heavily involved in the design and specification
for many of enSynergy's core business products.
Brett is a Certified
Chartered Accountant with over 18 years knowledge
and experience
in business systems design and implementation. He holds a
Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Accounting and Information
Systems, obtained from New South Wales University of Technology,
Sydney Australia.
Jim
Reddy - as a qualified IT Teacher/Trainer,
started his IT Career in 1980 as coordinator and Systems
Analyst for a software development company, developing
educational software products for schools throughout
the United Kingdom. He was soon promoted to the post
of project manager responsible for up to 20 software
titles at any one time. He left this company in late
80’s to manage an IT training college.
As a mostly self tough IT professional
Jim Studied through the Open University during the 80’s
90’ gaining distinction in Software engineering, Systems
analysis and Database design. Jim became involved in developing
offshore accounting systems in 1994, as one of the original
authors of the DataView system. After setting up and managing
the development center in the UK Jim relocated to Jersey
in 1996 to head up training and client services.
During this time he was responsible
for many successful implementations of Trust Company administration
and accounting systems including; AIB Dublin, Leslie Norman & Co
Accountants, Royal & Sun Alliance, KPMG, SG Hambros and
many more sites. Jim has always worked very closely with
our client base and has been actively involved in the design
of enSynergy product range since its inception.
Tom
Triggs was educated in Computer Studies
at Manchester Metropolitan University, and has been involved
in all aspects of the computer industry for the last 20
years.
Tom has
established several successful businesses, including being
involved in the early stages of S & S International,
the publishers of Dr Solomon's Anti Virus software. He has
worked at Seiko-Epson and has been a consultant to many companies
and government bodies. In this role he has designed and developed
systems from distributed cash flow forecasting to housing
maintenance systems. The foreign exchange management system
he developed is described in detail in "Effective Management
of Foreign Exchange" published by McGraw-Hill.
Tom has
been involved in all aspects of Intranet and Internet software
design and development. This has included integrating web-based
solutions with traditional client-server systems, and applying
artificial intelligence to information organisation, personalization
and distribution.
