Based on the larger enterprise module enSecretary, enSecretary Boutique manages the recording and tracking statutory information for Onshore / Offshore Companies and Trusts. enSecretary Boutique is designed to support a multitude of jurisdictions and can be implemented to integrate with the enFee billing module. enSecretary Boutique also supports our optional Jurisdiction Forms and Rules Packs (sold separately).

   
ALLtime Boutique - Time sheet Recording
Based on the larger enterprise module ALLtime, ALLtime Boutique is a simple to use Time sheet and expense capture and reporting system. ALLtime supports de-centralized data entry, stop watch entry and calendar based entry. ALLtime Boutique includes a rich report library for performance and recovery analysis. ALLtime Boutique can be implemented in conjunction with our billing module - enFee (sold separately).
   
LiveFile Boutique - Document Management
Based on the larger enterprise module LiveFile, LiveFile Boutique manages
providing a centralized repository for all corporate documents and files. LiveFile is a complete platform for capturing, managing and archiving large volumes of documents, emails and files. LiveFile Boutique supports documents created by MS-Office as well as scanned documents. Once a document is stored, it is automatically indexed for rapid search and retrieval. LiveFile's Version Control function ensures that all versions of a document are automatically tracked.
