The web based / hosted version of enVisual ( "enQ") can be used to deploy enVisual across the Internet, corporate VPN or simply to provide access to remote users such as Financial Advisors or customers. enQ can be configured to operate on your live data or a separate secure server containing selective data.

Selective access:
enQ can provide remote users with full data entry functions for enVisual via a web browser. Alternatively, enQ can be used to simply provide information in read-only form to remote users.

User defined workflow:
New - User defined BPM workflow screens can now be deployed from enQ. This powerful functionality allows users to quickly deploy customized forms, questionnaires and check lists etc. directly to third parties such as customers or Financial Advisors via the web. Such decentralization of data capture derives further ROI from additional efficiencies and cost savings.
