The
management of documents and precious objects held in custody
on behalf of clients is handled by
our enCustody module. enCustody
allows for the tracking of important documents and assets held
on behalf of another party client. enCustody treats
these items as "unique objects", and tracks the storage
location of these objects at all times. enCustody caters
for an unlimited number of user definable "custodians" (depots).
Objects are deposited with, and transferred between custodians
via logged transactions - which are in turn referenced
against people. It is possible therefore to obtain information
such as;
- Objects listed by
custodian
- Custody
location history of a specific object
- All objects held
by a custodian
- All objects held
on behalf of a specific party
- Complete audit trails
are also available showing all movements.
As with other enVisual modules, enCustody is
a true client-server based application - it can therefore be
reliably implemented across large Enterprise networks.
enCustody can be supplied
as a single application, or as an integral module within the enVisual suite.
When installed in conjunction with our Portfolio Management system, enPortfolio for
example - the location of share script can be recorded directly
from within the purchase or sale transaction. Thus reducing administration
costs further. |
