You will not find a more flexible, customizable yet simple to master CRM than enCentral from enSynergy. The enCentral CRM module is central to the enVisual professional wealth management suite. enCentral is the central repository for all vital information concerning your current clients, prospects, business relationships including communications and correspondence history. enCentral manages all communications, to and from clients via it's integral Communications Centre module. All employee / client diary and task to-do lists are managed via the integral task manager. enCentral exchanges information with other enVisual products and modules. Using a proprietary architecture called Central Point Navigation ("CPN") - it is possible to "cut across" the enVisual system to access information for a selected contact via a mouse click. CPN adds a great deal of power to your CRM function by providing access to information such as billing, accounting, document management or Work-in-Progress directly from a contact search.

Extended client data;
Need to extend the database to include your own custom data fields? By adding the enProcess process modeling / data capture module you can dynamically add to the enVisual data structure - data entered into the new structure can be visible from enCentral CRM. enVisual employs a powerful technology called enVisual Straight Through Query ("STQ") - which enables customized data queries to be stored within enVisual and launched from enCentral.   Relationships management;
Another powerful information tool within enCentral is the Relationships Manager - which graphically describes all relationships between entities. Relationships are invaluable in obtaining a complete picture of a client relationship. The Relationship Manager can also be used as the means of navigating around the system.

Communications management;
enVisual's Comms Centre ("CC") controls exactly how documents / reports are delivered to recipient entities. CC distributes system generated documents to relevant entities according to user maintainable rules. In this way an Invoice for example will be routed to a preferred email address of the relevant party using pre a defined email subject line and body text. All communication history is then stored in the Communications Log within CC. CC is also an important part of the bulk email function within enVisual.

Task scheduling;
The task manager within enCentral manages all user created to-do tasks as well as system generated tasks. User task screens serve up listings of tasks due for each user or user group. Users can be automatically prompted when a task becomes due / overdue via our optional pop-up / secure messaging agent "enAlert".
